Utter the Big Lie often enough and most people will come to believe it. -- exactly what got us in this mess Cover-ups and denials and eight years by previous administration that there were any problems in the economy or housing bubble or budget left new administration with nothing but a bucket of horse manure in their face. Had the truth been told, we'd have been taking steps to reverse the damage years ago rather than handing over a pile of shit to the successor. America was "addicted to oil", but bush was still in denial. Can't fix what you won't admit to being broken
