beyond the fact that amstrad,
was simply casting a broad net
when it sued wdc; and,
it has yet to properly plead
its case: it would be foolish
to assume, as amstrad seems
to in its release, that a us court
would rule in any way similar to the
british courts.

as the wdc release states,
they have no real exposure;
if trading WERE affected by the news,
chalk it up as another undeserved
hook to the chin...

after all, we seem to have alot of
experience taking it on the chin lately.
