Soneet Kapila,the Federal Bankruptcy Court appointed Chapter 7 trustee is doing (IMHO)a fine job. His cancellation of the illegally established agreements between Sexi and Circle Trigon must have surprised the Trigon folks-I'll hazard a guess they never thought these agreements would come to light. This case is a very involved one and is taking a long time to get finally resolved. There are Sexi assets yet to be reclaimed. For example there is Sexi equipment at the Library of Congress,at SAIC and a few other places. I will admit it may cost more to reclaim this property than its worth. I also keep hearing talk about "intellectual property" but have not been able to identify such-as yet. Mr. Kapila is by training and profession an accountant but he has hired a law firm to assist him in this case-a wise move IMHO.
