Regardless of the number of jobs ..... I still come back to why shut down ANYONE's job unless you have a good reason. And the administration hasn't made a case for it. Seriously. You're asking me this question after what we have gone through the past 60 days? You're smarter than that question. BTW the rate for blowouts in shallow water is actually higher than in deepwater. I posted a study on the Boomboom room thread this morning showing that. And did a ROV have trouble getting the BOP operationable or putting a cap on? Oh wait.....they didn't need a ROV, did they? Why is that?
