"Child lover" is what the word Pederasty literally means. In practice it involves: Grown men having anal sex with young boys. I posted the google search link for "Pederasty Definition" and they all said the same thing. You could have easily retracted your support for that practice but you have refused to do so which is one of those things that makes you go Hmmmm. Why should I answer every question you ask me while you ignore mine? I don't think that's going to happen especially when all your question is designed to do is to change the subject.
