RD.... Until they prove out their model in the key area of transaction fees...... isn't further examination (i.e. deep) of the books somewhat useless.... without the revenue streams from transaction fees.... unless they change their business.....their enterprise is/and will be essentially flat virtually forever..... n'est pas? Joel
