I bought a new machine after mine crashed. Using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007. I have encountered a problem with Outlook and am hoping someone has a suggestion.

I cannot delete emails. I get an error message saying Outlook.pst is in use and cannot b e accessed. Of course, it is not in use and the only thing downloaded was Mozy (no effect) and Firefox.

Have not encountered this on the web, thus no answers. Outlook up to date.
