Definitely simpler method, but ATMs (that accept these cards) should at least be outlawed in casinos. I see little or no difference between getting the cash from a casino ATM, rather that from a bank, gas station, or store ATM on the way to the casino. The welfare recipient's behavior is what I find loathsome...not the fact that casinos have ATM machines available to the public.
