Yeah, great. So try to get a home loan. It isn't there. No jumbos for sure. No $ for start-ups and small biz. Obama has sent so much uncertainty through the biz community, it's frozen. You are absolutely right. Only 2 banks in our town have money to lend, and they are extremely tight about it. My brother, with a perfect credit report and history, and over 25 years experience getting and paying off business loans, hit a brick wall this week while applying for a routine business loan from his usual sources.
