Hi Harry:

With this beign one of your barometers what are the charts saying?

NYSEBP has been positive for about 2 weeks but the COMP turned down.

I still think this is only a bounce in a bear downtrend. Time will tell but still time to be risk adverse.

On the flip side the Gulf incident and consequences will ultimately be a major boom for existing land oil producers, especially Canadian.

Gold is still not loved as it churns through resistance.
