2 possible solutions. Try doing a System Restore to b4 the problem occurred if that doesn't work try this:

Install the PST Backup tool for Outlook

Exit Outlook.
Download the tool from the Microsoft Office Online site by clicking the Download link and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.

Do a backup-

File > Backup

Delete the Data File

File
Data File Management
Highlight data file
Click Remove

Restore Backup

File > Backup
