Vet's right, the stock does telegraph its moves ahead, reason is some holders put out more effort to be informed than others ... Washer does return calls, fwiw, and there's a great deal of detail that he's able to supply without straying into selective disclosure ... much of the stock that he doesn't hold himself is held by larger players, who presumably care enough to keep up on events
