Humm, I am not sure, I never done that before. See if anyone else can help you. If it does work, there is a option in True Image to copy your image to a new drive, I would use that method.

I have never did that with True Image, last time *I* put a new hard drive in my computer, that was back in about 2002 and I used Drive Image, took out the dead drive and inserted the new drive, Fdisk and formatted the drive, then copied an image I had on hand, it was a bout a week old, it went smooth. That was Win98SE.
