Sold stock the very same day.... :) The judge bought less than $15,000 of Exxon stock in December 2009, according to the documents. Did you look at the XTO chart? finance.yahoo.com If he had about 400 shares (approx 15K) he maybe made $400 total - not exactly enough motivation to influence his decision.
