I didn't mean to cast aspersions on your header. You were prescient. I just posted it as a reference to my comments. I know we are a rare RE mkt. People are really flooding up here.

You are right, all real estate is local. I have one daughter in Portland and one in Eugene. It took my kid in Portland a year to find a house, while Eugene is very depressed.

I feel the whole world has gotten so complicated no one knows where we are going; and the reason gold lately joined the dollar as the currency of last resort. And the dollar is suspect.

I do not see a period of stabilization going forward. Just more complexity which we will not deal with very well, me thinks.
