texas isn't nice to border patrol agents that defend the border. ramos and compean were literally rail roaded by criminal prosecutor johnny sutton a few years back - given 10 years in prison based solely on the word of a man sutton knew was lying on the stand when he said he only smuggled drugs once and did it for his sick mother. i hope this guy gets a fair shake - and if he really did something wrong then he has to pay the consequences. i don't wish a railroading on anyone, though.
