Can you name even *one* who knows any more about it then, say... B.P. or Exxon or Haliburton?

Sometimes things are just hard --- with a faulty blowout protector and the bottom of the ocean floor, (and only *three* completely concrete plugs separating various strata in the reserve, instead of the *thirteen* that were recommended), then one's options in the event of a disasterous over-pressure situation and a well blowout become extremely limited.

All because B.P. wanted to 'save' some money....
