Who the hell are they? Russia's equivalent to the imperious EPA?

Clearly, you don't know Russian science. Like the US it's divided between two groups, the incompetents and the competents. The former is there for crowd control. Like the envirofascists who are coming to take you away,away, the MNR is a front group that seeks to restore the USSR through Russian envirofascisto communism.

Let me put it to you exactly. I'm a physicist. I know earth science better than any of these frauds. Whatever these envirofascists do hurts the environment. They're not there for the ecosystem. They're there to control you.
