"You don't think it's a problem when the rich keep getting richer and no one else gains?"

that only happens in socialist countries like Cuba. I'm writing a book about it.

It is a typical leftwinger remark. Ignorant and confused. Yes, the rich keep getting richer. That makes sense, because those who are wealthy didn't get that way by being stupid (most of them, at least). Great corporations like Walmart and Exxon know how to make money and can capitalize on that ability.

More importantly, however, is the liberal lie that "no one else gains". It is a totally ignorant remark that you could hear only from Z, tejek, Al, or one of the other nutjobs.

The poor have gotten richer at the same time the rich have. Look around any inner city where you see a cell phone in every pocket, satellite dish antennas and air conditioning units everywhere. 30 years ago these same poor people didn't own home telephones, cable TV or box fans, let alone air conditioning. Many didn't have so much as a television set, today they have one in every room.

When Walmart makes money, EVERYONE prospers. Any person who argues otherwise is either turning their head to the facts or just unable to see through the fog well enough to recognize it.
