So despite the Democrats having both houses of Congress and the WH, they are impotent. The Republicans out of power are really in control. Or is that a pathetic line to explain away Democratic failure? Yeah, that would be it.

That's right. You have the GOP refusing to do anything and the filibuster getting used as an effective tool. Its keeps control of the Senate out of Dems hands. Its disgusting. You all are disgusting. Please......secede and be done with it!
