Relax guys, just S.O.P., ok? No doubt H&Q has properly advised based on their estimates of "rejected underwriter expenses" to their new client, SSAX. Suing=normal way rejected underwriters get paid. Not going to be a big drawnout hassle, just a normal negotiation. Will end up as a footnote to this Q's YE report, probably not going to be released until 2nd week of January. Assuming t'worst case of $45 mil, someone want to divide this amt by outstanding shares? Will give us an idea of trimming of earnings for this Q. Dbl amount for "new underwriting expense" chgs just to be safe. O/49r
