Well, when you go be damned careful. Just today I ran into a friend of mine who is on the volunteer search and rescue team. He told me a terrible tale. A couple of weeks ago a couple were hiking one of the trails in the park near St. Mary. The woman slipped on a wooden bridge crossing a creek and fell in. It was around the same time I was there and I can tell you it was stormy and everything was running at high water.The husband missed grasping her by inches. Needless to say there was only a recovery no rescue. It just kills me to think what that man must be going through with the "if only" scenarios that must play in his head.
