While it obviously isn't a high risk security and will pay the income, I have to think there's a lot of interest rate risk in VFIIX at this point. It's not as bad as most because it has a relatively short duration but the interest rate at these prices is only about 3.32% so one's not getting paid a lot to take interest rate risk. If you've owned it for a long time it's been a home run up to now.
