I know that and it worris me. What gives me hope is we did obtain democracy en masse. So who knows? We might surprise ourselves-lol. I am always interested in our reptilian brain. It has other,- good functions too, I think. People need to understand we cannot generate an anti intellectual atmosphere. Asian culture celebrates and honors education, as we should. Massive education is the only hope. Spend lots of money on it. Build it and they will come. California junior college system developed a 100 times as many developed minds as Harvard. Got to educate everyone, like the Jews and Japanese do.
