That's right, he refused any outside help because he didn't want to upset the U.S. maritime unions, it's all about protecting the unions and nothing else... he also wants to destroy BP in order to ensure a larger market share to Petrobras, largely owned by his boss soros as a favor for the money he spent on the campaign into office... odumbo is a complete scumbag and should be arrested and deported ASAP...
