Problem is theres so much real evidence to overlook to believe that. Amazing the things people will assert to get around scripture. The problem with scripture is that it was written long after Jesus had allegedly lived. Beyond the scripture, there is no evidence of Jesus's existence. No public records at all. In addition, during that time, there were other stories of men who demonstrated messianic talents.......that read very similar to the story of Christ. It was a common theme back then in antiquity. It shocked me how little of the Jesus story is based on fact.
