More info from IR: Potential Hospitals: 2000 Estimated number of reusable units sold per hospital: 1-3 Estimated cost per unit: $5,000-$15,000 Gross margins 68% This would indicate that the total revenue potential (average) would be: $10,000 * 4,000 units sold = 40 Million Gross profit = 27.2 Million Of course all these revenues will not be realized in the first year I assume that 1/4 of the sales will occur in 98, 1/2 in 99, and 1/4 in 00. The info I do not know is the cost for setting up the manufacturing plant and additional cost for marketing and sales. combining this info with Jeff's; this looks like a great buy!
