well, who doesn't want to sound better on the radio? He doesn't do it for fun, he wants the business. I don't listen to him regularly because he and I differ greatly in the way we see the market, but I have not yet felt comfortable enough to manage it all myself and I know he is an honest, hard working guy with allegiances to no one other than his clients. He didn't go to Hawaii last year because his returns were so bad; not so much better this year but this is a tough market, and he simply does NOT go short through ETF's or stocks, and believes his way is THE way, so I will give him a little more time and see how it goes. He kept me in cash through the misery of 2008, so it hasn't all been bad. I just remember him saying once on his show that as much as he studied bear markets, he studied how a bull starts way more, yet last year he just didn't see it; a lot of lost opportunity, but at least not a lot of lost money.
