Do you happen to know what her teacher pension is as a percentage of her salary? Did she also get health care covered? I don't know what the percentage is, but my argument isn't only what she gets, its that the schools have to go out and get another teacher when she is 52. So lots of teacher here retire and then rehire so at that point they get retirement benefits while still getting all the benefits of a working teacher - including pay at their old highest rate. She got health care while teaching - is that what you are asking?
