I was just trying to learn how big a pension a teacher can get at age 52. And if it included continuing her health care, which would be an additional monetary benefit.

Generally speaking though, my guess is that the days of early retirement for public sector employees may be ending or at least severely tweaked. Twenty year military service leading to a pension, for ex., is probably unsustainable going forward simply because people are living so much longer.
