Does your sys ever move to cash? You could go to cash at the vertical prices described in the header... but the system itself issues only the buy and sell signals and confirmations... mind you, you don't get a sell signal near the top of a rally because you're in an up trend, you would only get a sell signal after the market has pulled back enough to indicate that you're no longer seeing a pull back but a legitimate change in trend... The model also give you those vertical prices and also tells you exactly what calender date the selling or the rally should end no later than... Did I answer your question? Your system might have issued a buy today and we could rally, or we could still work lower for another 100 SP points, I have no clue... but, the market is not going to rally much without getting a new buy signal along the way... either way, my model will never allow the market to run away too far without giving a new signal for that direction, absolutely never... GZ
