I've already posted (a WaPo article I believe it was) where the government was quoted as 'lately' - within last few months or so...) as APPROVING foreign offers of aid.

(Reversing the initial replies of 'thanks, but no thanks... we've got it covered' that they had ORIGINALLY messaged back.)

Seems your 'refused all foreign offers of aid' claim was true at ONE TIME... but was dated info, and is no longer true as a categorical.
