As usual, half truths and distortions hidden under the veil of "I don't quite remember, but....."
You are referring to the testing done on the SRK hole for the ASE.
Just for your edification, That is the COC ore that Ledoux has tested and signed off on. Tom Cummings, of the ASE, said upon the resolution of the ASE/Naxos dispute(which was settled in Naxos' favor) that the ASE NO LONGER DOUBETD THE PRESENCE OF GOLD AT FRANKLIN lAKE. They did have some regulatory problems pertaining to the method of news releases by Naxos. Not with the content, but with the method of release.
