Yup.. I agree... and the problem right now is this part: "they reset by a world war, or any mean creating massive destruction of enormous portion of the world, saving most of the winner part where TPTB gather with enough power to restart the process". We have been in the longest time without a world war during which we have seen a huge spike to the world's population. So something has to give.... and it ain't gonna be pretty when it does...
