By doing what? They have more "speech" than we do.

Of course it isn't. But having the uberwealthy using their riches and power to gain more and more power is ultimately unsustainable and bad for the people of the world as a whole. In my line of business, I encounter many people who buy legislation to enrich themselves. It isn't illegal, but it should be. However, they have enough money to keep it legal.
