Anyone know when Allan left Barrick? If any Barrick employees post here that know Rick your insights would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. He has a most impressive background and it is interesting that he would choose to work for such a small company. Brigus is the name for the newly merged Linear Gold & Apollo Gold. (BRD, BRD.TO) announced that it has appointed Richard Allan as its Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, effective July 5, 2010. Allan will be based in the Company's technical office in Toronto. Most recently, Allan was a Senior Director of Mining for Barrick Gold Corporation with responsibility for operations support, technical governance, project development and mining research for Barrick's global operations.
