Brent - You mentioned bigger competitors in the ASIC market. As I understand it, there aren't many competitors in this market, and it is a very lucrative market. I think that's why JMAR got into the ASIC market in the first place. The problems with CATS seemed to be in getting the line calibrated so that it worked properly. I'm not sure just how complicated this is or what is involved, but evidently, JMAR feels they have put enough money into CATS and would now like to get on with their other businesses that ARE working properly.

Regarding the previous comment about people selling the stock because SEMATECH didn't make a decision regarding XRL -- that wouldn't be a good reason to sell, in my opinion. If SEMATECH had made a decision and it hadn't been for XRL, then I could understand some selling, but for now, XRL is going forward.
