APPARENTLY not. Looks like a bit of a shift in attitudes (with the Independents swinging the overall mean over....) Also --- as the poll went to pains to demonstrate attitudes on, some of the features are quite popular with broad bipartisan support: ["People of all political stripes generally like the notion of health insurance exchanges (87% overall), tax credits to small businesses (82%) and a filling-in of the Medicare doughnut hole (81%), etc...."]
