The GOP wins back control of the House (giving them equal public responsibility for fiscal actions as all spending bills must originate from the House), wins seats in the Senate but not an outright majority there... then there may be a short lame-duck session of Congress before the holidays... then it is 2011 and the campaigning for 2012 national elections is all officially kicked-off and 'above ground'. <g>
