On the issue of the mgmt owning warrants. This is true but the 500,000 options and warrants are exerciseable at a price less than $3.00 and are not due to the year 2004. Therefore, there is no hurry for mgmt to get revenue and profits soaring as they have more than 7 years before any loss occurs for them.

On the issue of CATS, I thought it was a good idea at the time as did many others, but when this continues to drain cash flow as its doing--more than .02c last quarter then its time to surrender. 1 1/2 years is plenty of time to get this going. You must remember they thought it would be up and running at the end of last year. They clearly do not know this technology and are looking for ways to escape. This blunder has cost us all money!
