As one black friend of mine said, who owns a book store: "even I do not go to Mississippi." There University's have a larger percentage of blacks than Georgia. I know the state population also has more blacks, and many areas have mostly black politicians, so I have to wonder what your friend is worried about. education-portal.com education-portal.com
