"it doesn't transport anything. A Moped would be just as practical"

......................

those are the same type of comments i heard so often about my honda insights back in 2002-2006. i now have two of them with one of them getting over 90 mpg, and once and only once,(using hypermiling techniques) i got 100 mpg for a 40 mile stretch. i get a lot of offers from strangers wanting to buy my insights now.

it's still the most fuel efficient vehicle made in the u.s. today although you can no longer buy them. (you can buy the new insight, but the mileage ,..., it's a gas guzzler compared to the older models)

the only thing i haul in the car is me and i love the 2 insights i own. i can't wait to get my hands on the $50-60K
4-door tesla coming out in around 2 years. i'm sick of supporting the bushes and the cheneys.

if you want to haul stuff, buy a truck, it's a lot more practical imho, bwthdik? oh yeah, i'm 6' tall and i'm very comfy.

as for maintenance, the tesla dealerships are popping up all over the place now. you don't have to live in california, but if you live in arkansas or mississippi, it could be a problem. if you like space and comfort, maybe try a range rover or a hummer. ( i have never owned a hummer (and never will) and talk about maintenance problems, the range rovers are notorious for that)

what's your car of choice, a chevy?
