Yes, many of my stops - which I fortunately tightened recently - are getting hit.

Taking profits is so........'50s. I am grumbling at a low level but not particularly upset.

Putting in some lowball GTC buys, see what happens in the next few weeks.

I have no clear vision of the reason for the downturn in gold or in the dollar. Absent that, I am taking no chances.

My gut tells me that gold is going to come roaring back, but I know exactly what intuition is worth here---less than zero.
