Holy Cow! Thery're moving it up to the Athabascan Tar Sands in Ft. McMurray, AB.

And then there is this. Stupid greens:

But the environmental community is not very excited about tar sands oil development anyway as the world is moving toward alternatives to oil. And the equipment is made in Korea so some are arguing that the state should really make sure it gets its money’s worth from the disruptions the shipments will cause.

In other words, develop wind, solar and fairy dust, and don't bother with that stinky old oil.
