MTCH, that's right. About six months ago I spent some time looking for anything I could find on the subject, including calling the company phone numbers then listed but since disconnected or changed. Something was said about a new number in Phoenix (Gum Tech's city). I assumed that the entity, whatever was left of it, had moved with the Kerns.

I have nothing but speculation to offer on the subject, and that will serve no purpose. The only safe thing to say is that Kern needed a job last summer ('96) when he came to Gum Tech. I continue to hear big things (like Mike) and it sounds like he's doing a fine job. I'd still like to know the Meditech story.
