It appears investors on these forums think it is a great time to buy everyday. The 50%'ers must be down 50% now with their gotta keep busy attitude. It sounds just like the NAR's relentless pumping of houses. It is always a GREAT time to buy a house. Heard it all the way leading up to the peak, at the peak and all the way down to today. No shame... LOL! Nobody knows for sure what the future holds but imo we are in unchartered territory as it relates to the economy. Values can become much better values as we witnessed from Oct 2009 - March 2010. I would be prepared for a scary ride down again. Keep plenty of cash handy to ease in when things look the darkest. And it will be dark imo. There will be plenty of dreamlike values when this occurs but buyers will be near extinct and NOT so eager. I WILL BE READY TO POUNCE!
