The moratorium has nothing to do with the destruction of fishing jobs. It has everything to do with it. The purpose of the moratorium is to figure out what went wrong and try to prevent it in the future so that these fishermen will have their jobs. Sometimes peoeple do not know what is good for them, or what the issues really are. Why don't you tell them? Let me know how it goes.
