7/2/10 Update
It was a brutal week for the bulls and when the closing bell rang the Nasdaq Composite Index, the Nasdaq Biotech Index and the Contest median were all in negative territory for the year.
At Friday’s close, the NCI was down -7.82% YTD (vs. -2.01% YTD a week ago) and the NBI was down -6.24% YTD (vs. up .10% YTD a week ago), while the Contest median was down -8.20% YTD (vs. up 1.56% YTD a week ago).
DEWDIL's portfolio (up 24.65% YTD) held on to the Contest lead, with FILO's portfolio (up 19.31% YTD) and ROCKY's portfolio (up 18.53% YTD) still in the No. 2 & No. 3 spots.
At Friday's close, just 10 of the 32 Contest portfolios were in the black with 15 of the 32 topping the NBI.
