Brent, when I talked with the company several weeks back, it was apparent that the reason that they are not funding CATS is primarily because other product lines are taking priority, and can give a lot more bang for the buck. Why put $1 in cats if you get a return of $1.25 when you can put $1 into further development of the Mirage and get a $2.00 return. So, if JMAR did a secondary as you suggested, that money may be better put to use in some of the other emerging technologies.

CATs could absolutely be profitable if they continued the development, as could have been with JMAR's former division Surgilase. Its just a matter of priorities. I think they made a great decision, and I hope that they get a partner to make it profitable.

A question that came from the AOL board is whether CATS owns any real estate, and what is the total of real estate and equipment worth?
