While I am not a fan of this policy, what part of the Constitution does it violate?

And, I will point out that this is only a logical extension of the Bush policy of the administration being able to decide who can be picked up, imprisoned indefinitely without charges and even tortured on no hard evidence. You were cool with such things as long as it was Republicans doing it. You were fine with letting this particular genie out of the bottle, yet you have the balls the complain when someone you don't like runs with the policy.

You promoted the policies that legitimized this. If what the Bush administration did was Constitutional, well, so is this. So what are you complaining about?
